About Patrick Saada
I’ve spent more than 30 years working across real estate, hospitality, and high-tech, and I hold a degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
As Non-Executive Chairman of Bohopo, I set the strategic direction. Our thesis is straightforward: we acquire underutilized city-center properties and retrofit them into boutique hotels across Europe, turning overlooked buildings into assets that work harder for their locations and for our investors.
Today our portfolio spans 10 assets across 4 countries. Five boutique hotels are already operating, in Athens, Brussels, Milan, and Porto; four more are in active development, and one is under acquisition. Our properties typically run 20 to 50 rooms — 314 rooms are operational now, and I’m targeting 650 to 700 rooms over the next two to four years.
The capital behind this strategy draws on the wider experience of the Saada Family Office, combined with Bohopo’s specialist expertise in real estate and hospitality. That combination is what lets us move on the right buildings, in the right cities, at the right time.

About Bohopo
We’re a Cyprus-based investment platform. We look for underutilized city-center properties across Europe — buildings with good bones and the wrong use — and we retrofit them into boutique hotels rather than build new.
Every property in the portfolio is selected the same way: for the building itself, and for what it can become once we’re done with it.
As of today, our portfolio includes ten assets across four countries:
